This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit a page, Vercel automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse. This is based on my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, subject and message. The form sends them to me by email through Google Gmail. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I receive the details you send there.

I use this information only to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out the project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not add you to any mailing list. I keep the conversation as long as it is needed for our communication and for legal record-keeping, then delete it.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to enquiries. Both are provided by Google Ireland Limited and may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

These tools set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au. Nothing from Google loads and no such cookie is set until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you click “Reject”, the site works exactly the same.

Fonts are served from this website itself. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other font service.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future.
